Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli

You will be picked from your Nairobi hotel at 7a.m. and immediately depart for Amboseli to arrive before lunch time. Check in at the lodge/camp and later enjoy lunch then relax before your afternoon game drive at 4 O’clock for 2 hours. Return later to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Amboseli – Full day

Have a morning game drive from 6a.m. till 9a.m. Return to the camp for breakfast. Afternoon game drive is at 3o’clock for 3 hours.

Day 3: Amboseli – Transfer to Lake Manyara via Namanga border

After breakfast at the camp/lodge depart with picnic lunch boxes to the Namanga border. Clear customs and immigration formalities then join our Tanzania tour driver and proceed to Lake Manyara. You will have lunch en route. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive till early evening where you check in at the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Lake Manyara – Transfer to Ngorongoro

Have breakfast and head to Ngorongoro. You will arrive mid-morning where you will have an introductory game drive as you head to the lodge for lunch. Have lunch, relax and later enjoy another game drive at 3o’clock.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Full day

After breakfast, check out of the lodge with picnic lunch and depart for a tour of the crater floor, which is home to numerous plains game and the big five. Spend the day within the crater and have lunch at one of the famous picnic spots in the park. In late afternoon return to the lodge which is strategically perched on the rim of the collapsed volcano, with the most magnificent views of the crater floor.

Overnight: Ngorongoro Rhino/Serena
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 6: Ngorongoro –Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After an early Breakfast at your lodge departure from the park heading to the Great Serengeti, home to the big five and numerous plains game. Spend the rest of the day game viewing within the park along with packed lunch. In the evening be transferred to the lodge for rest, dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Serengeti – Full day

Spend this whole day enjoying game drives within the Great Serengeti. Serengeti is the home to Africa’s Big Five. There will be picnic lunch in the course of the day.

Day 8: Serengeti –Transfer to Maasai Mara via Isebania border

After breakfast, you will check out of the camp with packed lunch and depart for Maasai Mara via the Isebania Border. You will proceed with immigration formalities at the border before proceeding to the Mara to arrive late afternoon. Enjoy a game drive as you drive to the camp for dinner. This gives you a chance to spot the big five and other numerous plains game.

Overnight: Mara Serena

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Day 9 & 10: Maasai Mara – Full day

These 2 whole days will be spent with morning and afternoon game drives that lead one to some of Africa's largest lion prides, herds of zebra, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs, and hyenas. There will be picnic lunches on all the days. Look out for the migration.

Optional activities Balloon ride and visit to Maasai Village

Day 11: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi

Have breakfast at the camp then depart for Nairobi to arrive at lunch time. Have lunch at Carnivore Restaurant and later be dropped at your hotel or airport.

Kenya is one of the finest-and undoubtedly the most famous safari destination in the world. Kenya has a rich culture and diverse environments. Situated right along the equator, which gives ensures a lovely weather throughout the year. While much of northeastern Kenya is a flat, bush-covered plain, the remainder of the country encompasses pristine beaches, scenic highlands and lake regions, the Great Rift Valley, and the magnificent Mount Kenya.

Kenya’s game parks, reserves and other wildlife protection areas host some of the wildest and unique game thus the name home for safari. Year in, year out hundreds of thousands of tourists from across the globe visit Kenya to witness various attractions in the country that is rich in both wildlife and culture. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in September.


You need a visa to enter Kenya. You can either get a visa on arrival at the airport, or before you travel. To minimize time spent queuing at the airport, get a visa before you travel. You can apply for single entry and transit visas on the e-visas website.

Passport Validity

Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Kenya. Make sure you have two blank pages in your passport on arrival.
