    Destination Kenya

Kenya never fails to thrill the visitor! You may well be expecting the rolling plains of the Masai Mara, but will be pleasantly surprised by the dramatic escarpment of the Great Rift Valley, the numerous, picturesque lakes, the dense, tropical rain forest, the harsh, arid deserts and a splendid coastline with a gorgeous coral reef. Almost all species of African wildlife are easily accessible in Kenya. The ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard) can be seen in at least two of the parks (Masai Mara and Amboseli). Bird life is prolific and a great number of species can be seen around the Rift Valley lakes of Baringo, Nakuru and Naivasha.

  • Destination Tanzania

Tanzania is most famous for its vast Serengeti National Park, though there are other attractions, which make it well worth a visit. The conservation area on the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater is home to an abundance of wild animals. The Olduvai Gorge where remains of early man were found is another point of interest.

Other parks in the Rift valley are the famous Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire National Park, Selous Game Reserve and Ruaha in the southern part of Tanzania. These are spectacular with ab undant game. The awe-inspiring sight of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro is possibly one of the most beautiful you will see in all of Africa. The island of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania is a must see for all visitors. You will en joy visiting the spice plantations and the miles of unspoiled sandy beaches on its eastern shores.

  • Uganda

    Destination Uganda

Situated in the fertile heart of Africa, Uganda boasts a wide and diverse landscape, from rugged snowcapped mountains to the vast flatlands stretching out to the horizon. It is roughly the size of Great Britain or the State of Oregon in the USA. Uganda’s most alluring features are its forests, lakes and mountains. Most of the country is 1000m above sea level and there are three mountainous areas - the fabled Mountains of the Moon - the Ruwenzoris; Mount Elgon, an extinct volcano with the worlds largest caldera; and the spectacular Virunga Volcanoes.

A wide variety of animals can be seen in the game parks including elephant, buffalo, lion, zebra, hippo, warthog, forest hog, hyena, giraffe and different antelope species. Primates, especially the mountain gorilla and chimpanzee, are a  special attraction, together with over a thousand species of birds and a diverse flora and fauna.
