Detailed Itinerary Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli (By Flight)

You will be picked by our driver from your Nairobi hotel (s) at 6a.m. and transfer you to Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli which departs at 8.15a.m. You will arrive in Amboseli at mid-morning. You will be picked by the camp’s driver and drive you to the camp with game drive en route. Check in and later enjoy lunch then relax before your afternoon game drive at 4 O’clock for 2 hours. Return later to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Amboseli – Full day

This whole day have pre-breakfast game drives and afternoon game drives. The rest of the time is spent in the camp.

Day 3: Nairobi – Transfer to Samburu (By flight)

Have breakfast at the camp and be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi departs at 9.15a.m. to arrive at 9.50a.m. You will connect to Samburu with a flight that departs at 10.20a.m Upon arrival in Samburu, the camp’s driver will meet you and transfer you to the camp for lunch with a game drive en route. Afternoon game drive is at 4p.m.

Overnight: Saruni Samburu
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 4 & 5: Samburu – Full day

Spend these 2 days with game drives in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits this land. All meals will be taken at the camp.

Day 6: Samburu – Transfer to Maasai Mara (By Flight)

After breakfast at the camp, you will be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Mara. You will arrive at Mara you will be picked by camp’s driver. Enjoy an introductory game drive once you arrive en route to the camp for lunch. Have lunch relax before an afternoon game drive at 4 o’clock for 2 hours.

Overnight: Olare Mara Kempinski Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 7 & 8: Maasai Mara – Full day

Spend this whole day with game drives in search of the big five and many other wildlife that inhabits these beautiful savannah plains. All meals are taken at the camp.

Optional activities: Hot air balloon, a visit to Maasai village, sun downer, bush breakfast & guided nature walks

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 9: Maasai Mara – Transfer to Nairobi (flight)

Have pre-breakfast game drive then return to the camp for breakfast. You will stay in the camp and later have lunch. Later be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi departing at 1615 hours to arrive at 1730 hours.  You will have dinner at Carnivore Restaurant and thereafter be dropped at the airport for your out-bound flight.

Alternatively, have breakfast then be transferred to the airstrip for a mid-morning flight to Nairobi. Arrive and have lunch at Carnivore Restaurant. In the afternoon visit Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen and may be shopping for souvenirs at Maasai Market. You can have dinner before drop off at the airport.
