YOUR 9 DAY ITINERARY
Day 1: Pick up and relaxation at Hotel
Our professional tour guide will pick you from the airport to the hotel in Entebbe (Optional) and if it’s an early arrival at the airport, you can check in, have lunch and then move to Entebbe Botanical Gardens (Optional) where you will be assured to sight a number of bird species and some primates. While at the gardens, you have an encounter with nature and the wilderness with no people around but only immersed in charming sound of the flora and fauna.
Accommodation: Lake Victoria View Guest House (budget level)
Day 2: Early pickup and transfer to Murchison Falls.
After your complete breakfast, our professional driver/guide will share some highlights of the journey to Murchison falls National Park; a drive that will take 6-7 hours. Enroute, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, a home famously known for harboring white Rhinos and a number of bird species; have lunch and then proceed to Murchison falls National Park. The highlights of this park include the thunderous roar of the waters of the Nile; arguably the longest river in the world where it squeezes itself to penetrate through a less than 8m gorge, the rolling plains of Uganda’s largest National Park and you will have the chance of viewing lions, elephants, giraffes, hartebeest, and buffalo, crocodiles, hippos among others. If time allows you take an Option of an evening game drive or choose to relax at the hotel.

Day 3: A Morning game drive and boat cruise
After you have finished your breakfast, our driver will take you on an early morning game drive where you will have a sight of lions, leopards, elephant, and giraffe and for birders, a number of bird species will be on sight during this drive. Have lunch at the hotel and have some relaxation. You may take an OPTIONAL choice of using the hot air balloon safari instead of a drive on ground.
After some relaxation, you will embark on the journey to the bottom of the falls and where you will sight some Hippos and Crocodiles and some water birds. You can choose to take a hike to the top of the falls. The hike may be a exhausting but the ecstasy on reaching the top is remarkable. Embark to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park.
Depart after breakfast at the hotel for Kibale Forest National Park known for its primates mostly chimpanzees, black and white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkey, Uganda mangabey among others. The journey is lengthy with very attractive scenary with lush green countryside and hills dotted with tea plantations that characterize this part of Uganda. Upon arrival at the accommodation, check in and relax. If time allows,OPTIONAL; you will be taken for a nature walk at Bigodi swamp, have the crater lakes expedition, or even visit Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves for some cultural/historical insight.

Day 5: Chimpanzee tracking at Kibale
Forest and head to Queen Elizabeth NP.
After your breakfast, head to the rangers’ post where you will have some briefing on the dos and don’ts during chimp trekking. Thereafter, you will proceed to trek the chimpanzees in the Forest. A professional guide will lead you for chimp tracking and you will be mesmerized the presence of primates in this forest. Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will have a full hour of interaction and then return to the lodge for lunch then head out for Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive in the evening and check into the booked accommodation. If interested and time allows, you may go for an evening game drive.

Day 6: Morning game drive boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel.
Have an early morning breakfast, proceed for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains where you will sight buffalos, lions, elephants, leopards which are usually hard to spot among others. Come back to Hotel for lunch and some relaxation.
After lunch, you will embark on a boat cruise having a good sight of wildlife including elephants, hippos, and crocodiles among many others, not missing some bird species at the shores. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight. You may OPT for twin lakes hiking after the boat cruise.

Day 7: Go through Ishasha area and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Drive off after breakfast for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park known for tree-climbing lions. You can be sure of having a good spot of these lazy lions as they rest in the fig trees especially in early morning hours then continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a big habitat for the endangered mountain gorillas harboring half of the world’s population.Check in your accommodation and have some relaxation.

Day 8: Gorilla trekking at Bwindi and loosen up at Lake Bunyonyi.
Have breakfast , take part in gorilla trekking adventure where you will visit one of the gorilla families in Bwindi for an hour and this will be done on foot. Briefing will commence at the offices of the park followed by penetrating into the jungles with park guides who will take you to the location of these great apes. Spend a maximum of an hour in their presence and after trek back to the lodge for check out and transfer to L. Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is framed by lush, green-terraced hills that reach a height of (2,200 – 2,478m) but it’s the 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water that make it spectacular.

Day 9: Departure to Entebbe
Have breakfast while you enjoy a remarkable view of Bunyonyi shaped islands and then embark on the journey back to Entebbe Airport. En route is a hot lunch and a stopover at the Equator and then head to Entebbe.
